Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your KM Execution System account and associated personal data. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit a request.
How requests are handled
We verify the requester and, where relevant, workspace ownership before acting. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If you are the sole owner of a workspace, we may first ask you to transfer ownership or confirm deletion of the organization workspace.
What is deleted or retained
We delete account credentials, profile information, active sessions, and device or push identifiers associated with the account. Shared organization records may remain where they are needed for the organization’s collaboration history. Billing and tax records may be retained for up to seven years; security and fraud-prevention records for up to 90 days; and backup copies for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
