Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how KM Consulting handles refund requests.
1. General Rule
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or approved by KM Consulting.
2. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for unused time in the current billing period.
3. Billing Errors
If there is a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or billing error, contact info@consultingkm.org.
KM Consulting will review the issue and correct verified billing mistakes.
4. Setup, Onboarding, and Consulting Fees
Fees for setup, onboarding, customization, training, implementation, consulting, or advisory services may be non-refundable once work has started.
5. Discretionary Refunds
KM Consulting may approve refunds at its discretion depending on the situation, account history, timing, usage, and nature of the request.
