Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel KM Execution System.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may cancel through the billing portal, account settings, written agreement, or by contacting info@consultingkm.org.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

3. Access After Cancellation

Customers may continue to access the Service until the end of the paid billing period unless:

  • the account is terminated for cause
  • payment is disputed or reversed
  • the account creates security or legal risk
  • a written agreement says otherwise

4. Data Before Cancellation

Customers should export or save important data before cancellation when export functionality is available.

After cancellation becomes effective, access to Customer Data may be limited, disabled, or removed.

5. Non-Payment

KM Consulting may suspend, restrict, or cancel access for non-payment.
