Acceptable Use Policy

Use the Service for illegal activity or to violate applicable laws, regulations, contracts, or third-party rights.

Probe, scan, penetration test, attack, bypass, overload, or interfere with the Service or related infrastructure without written permission from KM Consulting.

Upload malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, scripts, or code intended to damage, disrupt, spy on, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Share credentials in a way that bypasses normal access controls.

Impersonate another person or organization.

Invite users who are not authorized to access a workspace.

Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse others.

Upload or share content that violates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, confidentiality duties, or other rights.

Scrape, harvest, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission from KM Consulting.

Use the Service in a way that disrupts performance, availability, security, or reliability for KM Consulting or other customers.

Store highly sensitive or specially regulated information unless KM Consulting has agreed in writing that the Service is appropriate for that use.

Use the Service as the sole system of record or sole basis for decisions that require independent professional review, regulatory approval, safety review, legal review, financial review, or formal compliance determination.

KM Consulting may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected customers, or cooperate with legal authorities when appropriate.
